Western Security has gone down hill over the years and this was the last straw. Went to close out my account today and they were rude after and charged ten dollars to do so. But they couldn't call me the second my card was in jeopardy online and I didn't even have it online. You would think a responsible bank would call you if a fraudulent charge would pop up. Nope. Thanks alot.

It’s honestly a pretty terrible bank. I would not recommend putting your money here. The hours are impractical, it used to be 7:30-5:30, then 8-5, then 8:30-4:30, now it’s 9-4:30? Anyone with a typical 8 or 9 -5 job cannot access this bank easily. They are usually understaffed with just 2 -3 tellers running the 5 lane drive-thru and lobby. The employees are all nice and good to work with, and constantly have to play the bad guy for the poor management of this bank. We have had an absolutely excessive amount of mistakes made in terms of placing money into wrong accounts, even other people’s accounts. They have silly rules about how much money you can pull out in a day or through the drive thru, yet their lobby doesn’t open for another hour and 1/2 after the drive-thru, and they have large high quality cameras pointing right at your face the entire time. It’s especially ridiculous when you consider how using Venmo, cash app, or PayPal, and can transfer, spend, or withdrawal thousands of dollars at a time with no face ever seen, yet the lady in the window 3 feet away from me is telling me she can’t trust me to give me MY own money unless I’m standing in front of her in the lobby, because somehow that makes my presence and identification more authentic? Working with them is just stressful trying to make sense of and keep up with their constant instability and nonsense. It’s 2020, something needs to change!

I have banked with Western Security for over 12 years now and would NEVER think of switching to another bank. The staff at Western Security are very friendly and pleasant and helpful. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Great place to do all of your banking needs.

They are super nice, fast and easy to use in this little town of Laurel. It's nice we don't have to drive to Billings when we need money or to deposit it, quick fast and easy. Maybe should be able to help a little more and be a little more understanding maybe
