I went to BOTR from Alaska buying a house in Michigan due to my residence in Montana it started off good but after closing my mortgage officer Bryan did me now favors and then a year later I called him due to a job change and being on a 2 week pay period it equals to just over 5 weeks with no check he said he would take care of it now at Christmas my next 3 pay checks plus more go to BOTR isn’t hold them or him responsible just my pocket book I will NEVER recommend them

We went to Bank of the Rockies for a mortgage loan. At first things went smoothly but days before closing our loan officer emailed saying the underwriters wanted more documentation. We ended up closing 3 weeks later! They sent us on a wild goose chase seeking documentation that never existed and we never provided them with any additional documentation. The bank manager said there would be compensation for our troubles but nothing came of that and he never called us again. Completely disappointed in the process and lack of communication the bank provided.

They lost my portfolio when I left it with them for a job application. It cost me $42 to print it
