The ladies in the Livingston branch are superstars. Each and every time I go in there they are friendly, knowledgeable and actually care. Whoever does the hiring there should get a gold star. Theresa the manager goes above and beyond, but she's not he only one. Just yesterday I was there and Emma helped me with an issue that had to do with fraud. Very stressful, but she basically held my hand and walked me through the process. Honestly, they are the only reason I'm at that bank (I prefer visa...any day...over the Discover card but that's all they have). Again, superstars. They are good people and will take very good care of you. Update: As of 1/26/2022, the bank got my money back! Thanks again to Emma, Theresa, and (in Compliance/Risk management) Genevieve Gordon. Superstars who need raises!

They make it easy! BOTR has such nice people working there. They are responsive, accommodating and ensure my needs are met. They made buying my vehicle the easiest transaction I’ve ever had.

The branch manager of the Livingston location is petty and rude. You can tell by the way the employees treat the customers that this branch has management issues. It’s devoid of life and doesn’t reflect well on the rest of the branches. I’m a Montana native and have lived here in Livingston for 25 years, and this is not how it’s supposed to work in small towns. This woman ruined this bank, and people around town all say the same thing. Take your business somewhere else and avoid the drama and headaches. Give it to folks who will value you and appreciate your business.

Bank of the Rockies in Livingston, is everything a bank should be. They have world class customer service and go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers needs. One employee in particular, named Megan Willis, is a pure example of how anyone should be treated, when you walk through any financial institutions doors. She was beyond professional, kind, and most importantly, prepared. She helped rectify an issue of unauthorized charges being made on my account, with ease. She was sympathetic to my trauma and made me feel like I was an important person. Important enough to expidite my claim and give it her best effort at getting a provisional credit added to my account. When I walked through the door, she greeted me by name and already had the paperwork drawn up and ready for me to sign. Now this is unheard of and I was so impressed how on top of my situation she was. You just don’t get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with Bank of the Rockies, in Livingston!

This is the greatest bank in the world. From the freshly roasted coffee to Kims smiling face, this place is top notch. All of the staff are friendly and a pleasure to bank with. This bank has inspired me to keep making money, just so I can keep giving it to them. Outstanding!
