HORRIBLE!!! Questionable practices. A man by the name of Steve works there and he is crooked as they come. Steve had my vehicle illegally taken away DESPITE being my being ahead on payments and the bankruptcy trustee telling them they could not take the vehicle if I was current on my payments. He also got on the call with the bankruptcy trustee and expressed his negative personal opinions about me and all folks who are forced to declare bankruptcy and said he would not allow me to reaffirm my loan. My attorney said that Steve at Sky Federal Credit Union is the ONLY bank representative he'd ever hear of that wouldn't allow a borrower to reaffirm their auto loan. Over a year after closing out my checking and savings accounts with them they began charging me NSF fees on an account that is closed. When I called to get it straightened out the only person who could help me was a woman name Samantha and she stated she did not have time to help me and would call me back when she got around to it. I had two wire transfers get "lost" and take over a 10 days to get to me during in the 8 years I banked with them, and had multiple occasions where my direct deposit pay check was not put into my account on the scheduled day. NOT a good place to do business. Mary Hughes is amazing and gentleman by the name of Drew is great, other than that I'd stay away.

The customer service is great. The lines are usually very short. The rewards for the KASASA checking are really good! Loan rates a comparable to to even the big banks. Overall, it is a great place to bank. My whole family has accounts with Sky. There is definitely a local community feel to this credit union. I highly recommend!

My employer mails a check two times a month for deposit into my HSA. The check is computer printed with my name and account number. So far this year 9.5% accuracy failure rating. I called last week to get another one corrected. It is still not fixed. I am still missing money.

Sky Federal Credit Union offers everything I need. Their KASASA accounts have the best rewards and a fantastic rate. Their loan rates are great! I would recommend them to everyone.

Above & beyond when it comes to customer service, they are the best, in everything they do & everything they offer. I have been w/Sky Federal Credit Union for nearly 40 years & even when I move to another town 100+ miles away I will stay w/Sky.

Horrible service from this Livingston establishment. A simple error on their part could have easily been corrected. However Steve the bank manager refused to offer any best practice for his employees mistake. People make mistakes, however I should not have to pay with late fees, telephone fees when I was given the wrong information. I paid the loan in full and will not use this organization again.
