Stockman Bank, Miles City, MT

I prefer to bank locally, but my experience at Stockman bank has not been good. I took out a loan for a vehicle purchased in a different state and the title was sent to the wrong branch. The vehicle title was lost after arriving at the branch and the loan agent was not proactive to keep me informed on the situation. My loan agent never apologized and refused to work with me to make it right. I would not recommend working with this loan agent.

Stockman Bank is very difficult to use as your primary business bank when you are not geographically in the Montana area. If you are not able to see a teller in person eye to eye for your small business banking needs I would strongly suggest evaluating your options before trying to utilize Stockman’s services for your small business banking needs.

They've always treated me good and are very pleasant every time I talk to them on the phone or go into the lobby

Good local bank. Friendly staff and haven't had any trouble with the services I choose to utilize.
