definitely need to get the branch manager some training in customer service or completely replace the branch manager. Major attitude towards a customer trying to cash a check. Passing thru as I am a truck driver. Stopped in to cash a payroll check and the teller who claims to be the manager wouldn’t cash a check. I have cashed hundreds of checks at us bank across the country. I was polite and asked if she could contact the check writer to verify the check and then was told I would be escorted out. Unbelievable experience. Escorted out because I asked if there was something that can be done so I can cash the check. I will be returning to the bank with the same check and I will be recording the encounter next time. It’s a shame to treat a customer such way especially someone who was polite from the start. Negative stars.

Our family has been with US for 60 years...their automated system is a nightmare! We tried for 15 minutes to get someone to pick up the phone at our branch location and we were never successful. We will be moving our business! I wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star!

Had to drive 70 miles one way to make store deposits. I was told I could not make cash deposits at the Miles City branch due to personnel issues. I get that but it seems like Corporate US Bank would get involved. If it was up to me I would change banks. Customer Service is #1 in my business shame on you
