My husband & I met with Teresa last year to find out what we needed to do to get ready to buy a home. We did what Teresa recommended and now we are in a position to purchase the home we rent. I emailed Teresa and left her a subsequent message with absolutely no response. We used Capital Family Mortgage in the past and wanted to give you our business. I see all positive comments on Google. Unfortunately we did not experience the same customer service. We will find another company.

Teresa Manlove was fantastic! The complete home buying process was very easy. She was forward and upfront with what our budget was and gave us options to compare. She was very easy to get ahold of and responded to emails quickly. She was prompt to start the paperwork when we found a home and scheduled the appraisal right away. We closed within 30 days with time to spare. The staff at Capital Family Mortgage greeting us every time we walk in the office and all were pleasant to work with. I cannot emphasize enough how easy, stressfree and enjoyable working with Renee from Capital Family Mortgage has been. Renee was the first person I spoke to about the possibility of buying my first home in my early 20s before I knew if it would even be possible. She showed me the types of loans availible to me, the price range that would fit my budget, got me pre-approved and even helped me find a great real estate agent.
