Clearwater Credit Union, Missoula, MT

Clearwater has been amazing to me in multiple ways. I had two of their employees come talk to my personal finance class about credit and the students learned a ton and loved having them. They easily asked 50 questions. I also have loans with Clearwater and the loan officer, Jessica Whitaker is amazing to work with. I highly recommend working with Clearwater and Jessica in your future!

I appreciate CCU's knowledgeable and friendly staff. Over the years, I've needed assistance with car and home loans, various savings/checking accounts, insurance payments for home repairs (not as easy as it sounds) and more. They've always take the time to answer my questions and go the extra mile. I also like their support of community projects/needs. I've seen them working on the messiest stretch of Reserve Street on highway cleanup day, help the Missoula Food Bank, and support kids' activities at the Western Montana Fair. Every community should be so lucky!

What bank closes the lobby before most people even get off work? I left work early today to get something notarized, and the doors were locked by 4:30 despite Google hours saying they close at 5pm. Apparently, the lobby closes at 4:30 but the bank itself at 5pm. Literally none of that makes any sense. You guys open late and close early making it impossible for the people who work between 9 and 5. Shout out to you guys, and thanks for nothing.

Clearwater Credit Union sponsors the fair/4H/FFA, all of which teach children to abuse, exploit, and kill innocent beings. Who knows what else they are doing w our money.

Great institution to do business. The staff is friendly and professional offering sound financial counsel to those seeking to improve their credit score. They are knowledgeable & up front and aren't shy about sharing their values and commitment to having a positive impact on the community and our environment. I would refer them to others unconditionally and without hesitation.

The line was out the door and even though I didn't have an account the person helped me exchange paper cash for dollar coins so I could carry on the tradition my brother-in-law had of giving the coins out to children, mostly his grandchildren and nieces and nephews, at his memorial service. The person who helped was very kind. I had gone to a bank nearby which turned me away because I had no account. I can see why they have a line of people being helped and no one was in the nearby bank. They were great!

Missoula Federal Credit Union and Clearwater have always been very helpful to us, and we've used many of their services over the decades we have been with them. They have the friendliest staff!
