Nick Jahnke -the consumer loan lender is incredible. I can't say enough of what a great guy he is. My son and I needed help and he quickly and efficiently gave us the best loan anywhere. We love the Christmas lending program, the personal loans and the best rate anywhere car loans! Nick is the best. We will never go anywhere else. We tried lots of other places and no one cared or even gave us the time of day. Nick is very personal, listens and gave us exactly what we needed. Thank you Nick!!!

I switched my banking away a while ago but was reminded again today why I left. The banks employees are clearly dissatisfied and take it out on the customers. Additionally they don't provide modern solutions to business and personal needs such as mobile deposit, a working website, archivable statements. I would not recommend banking with this institution.

My wife and I are buying our first home. We have been amazed by the wonderful feedback and attention Kim Kendrick has provided us. She's a delightful person with great energy and wisdom. We are due to close next month!

Id give 0 stars if I could. Over the past few years I've had this account, I've had my identity stolen 3 or 4 times, they won't give me access to my accounts, than claim they sent me emails when they never did. Worst bank in montana. Hands down

Still waiting on my new card it has been about a month now my other card has been broke. And I ordered my card the first week of June it is now the fourth of July. They have not even called and check where my card is or if I have for it I have called many times for them to say they can't help me. So for warned about this bank customer service not consumer friendly.

I have been banking with Farmer's State Bank for 15 years and absolutely love everything about them! Their employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! They treated me so well through the process of mortgaging my home years ago, they protected me through any scam that came my way, actually kept it set to no overdraft as I requested (unlike a First Security who could never seem to get that right), etc. They've been so great that four of my kids now do their banking with them and have happy reports as well. I recommend them to anyone local!
