First Security Bank, Missoula, MT

I parked in their parking lot once because the mall was full. Some old bitty came out and told me that this was customer parking only and I had to get the hell out. I have an account there, I figured I could park there once in awhile.

Phone App and Online account are always under maintenance. Cards issued rarely work at any locations I use it at. I understand that the set hours are convenient for the Bank but 5pm is pretty early seeing as most people don't get off of work until 5. Very dissatisfied with this Banking business.

I’ve never had worst customer service at a bank than I have had here, multiple times. They have a “customer is always WRONG” attitude and I will be closing my account here. I’ve been treated better by Wells Fargo which is a joke. Bank somewhere else, no reason to bank here when there are so many more options.

Shorted me 100 at the window. They say she balances. OF COURSE SHE BALANCES IF SHE IS STEALING. No receipt, thought nothing of it because I was taking the money across the street to first interstate to deposit it. Confirmed. Ripped off

I am so about First Security! This is my second favorite branch in Missoula! The staff here are so polite, and are so helpful. I like how they greet you when you first walk in. They bank is clean, nicely designed. The staff are quick and thorough! Very professional and friendly. I really recommend banking at First Security, or Glacier Bank depending who is in your area. They are sister banks. Oh, for being a first time member you get to pick an awesome gift...FREE, and the stuff they have is not cheap. If you recommend someone and they give your name that person gets a gift and you as well...Lol, let them know Phillip Bartzer recommended you.

depending on how lucky/busy the drive thru is they are open till 12 or 1 on Saturdays. I really wish there was a closer one to downtown that was open on Saturdays but this branch is niiice inside and the people are very nice and helpful.
