MoFi is a wonderful organization. We have been working with them for 2 years and are so grateful for their partnership. We have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as invested in the success of our business. They are always quick to respond. We would not have been able to get our business going without them and they walked us through it every step of the way. Our business has done very well, our relationship with this organization has really been life changing. We could not be more grateful for their support.

MoFI has an ambitious mission to help those who are unable to qualify for traditional financing. They are wonderful to speak with - when you can get them on the phone. In my experience, MoFi quotes unrealistic time frames and they seem to ghost you when they do not have good news. I would still recommend the program. However, I strongly urge management to coach representatives to accurately quote time frames for responses and to empower representatives to courageously speak the truth so applicants can move forward in a timely manner.

This is a truly amazing company that helps groups that are not quite approvable by banks. They offer tons of support while you have the loan with them, and they get you set up so you can refi with a bank within a couple years. We could not have opened our restaurant without them!

I can’t believe they have anything BUT 5 star ratings! Extremely helpful, extremely prompt, they keep a person informed instead of left hanging like other lenders I have dealt with. I just cannot say enough good things about them.

Gave us hope, said we were approved, and then turned us down last minute on a small technicality that could have been worked through but they chose not to. Wasted $200 on the application fee. The girl that made the decision hides behind her receptionist and is never available. Terrible customer service, they are rude and do not care about their customers. Dont waste your time with this company- This company SUCKS!
