Absolutely 110% recommend. Jeanine R. Is amazing to work with for loans. Lisa is incredibly polite and helpful. I have not had one bad interaction at this bank. They truly want to help you and not a lot of places value customer service anymore.

I am kind of upset, and I don't want to sound like a Debbie Downer.. but Amanda called me on Thursday and left a voicemail, and I tried repeatedly to get a hold of her again to see what was up, and she wouldn't get back to me.. and now it is Friday night, and I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my account.. and it's extremely hard to get a hold of the Missoula branch, as when you call the Montana number, a person in Montana is not answering.. and three different people didn't understand Missoula Branch until I spelled it.. I wish there was a direct phone line to the Missoula branch.. and I'm hoping Amanda will get a hold of me again, but I have a bad feeling choosing to call me while I'm at work, and leave another voicemail, and when I tried to call back she won't be available.

I walked in with a friend. She was opening an account and was waiting for her. The manager, Lisa introduced herself to me and was confident she had what I needed in a new Credit Union. I joined and am feeling confident that I made the right choice in changing to this credit union.

Words can’t express our gratitude towards or loan specialists at Mountain America Missoula MT branch. Rachel went above and beyond to get us the best rates, she broke down all the numbers and laid everything out perfectly. We’ve done loans with other banks and it has always been a disaster and taken weeks upon weeks at some points to get things finalized, not due to and lacking on our parts and we try to be overly sufficient and don’t like wasting peoples time. Rachel made this experience with Mountain West so simple and timely we can’t even believe it! She had everything done within days and submitted for approval. This is now our new place to go for any future needs at any level of banking. We’re sharing this info with everyone we know that is looking for some any sort of loan!

Don’t go to a branch very often because of their top rate mobile app but when I do it’s always nice to have employees and staff who do their best to help you get done quickly and efficiently and they are always very friendly.
