I got a good rate on a mortgage with Opportunity, however the digital experience with mortgage servicing and account management online has been rather painful to deal with. The website feels like 1997 and I cannot even update my address with the online system, nor can I setup auto-pay from my checking. Can't even download a tax document. Disappointing.

We worked with dawn and she was great! She was easy to communicate with, always responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. She helped us significantly through this buying process!

Horrible bank if your have great credit but they think you're too old they will just ignore you The all White is not very helpful at all. They don't return phone calls or emails and they prejudge
