Juli at the Broadway branch was able to help me get pre approved for a vehicle in just a few hours. She gave me all the information I needed and made the process so easy. I highly recommend this Credit Union and all the help I’ve gotten from all of there employees.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but man this place deserves one. I refinanced my car through park side more specifically Juli Schroeder. After 2 month my car was totaled due to mechanical issues and wasn’t covered under insurance. Juli went above and beyond not only to help me get into a car but was extremely understanding and very sympathetic to personal issues. They have they earned a life time of loyalty from me and I hope to never have to find a new loan officer. Thank you Juli!!!!

I have worked with Juli Schroeder for a number of years and she is fantastic. I have had several loans for RV's and autos and I could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend Park Side for savings or loans. Juli is the best!

I called up Park Side for an RV loan and was met with a friendly and informative worker on the other end of the line. We talked through all the specifics, particularly that the RV would be owned by my side business. They directed me to apply online, which I did. Many weeks later I received a letter denying the loan specifying that Park Side doesn't offer commercial loans. Strange that I was told to apply but no biggie. Unfortunately, they pulled my personal credit score for some reason. When I called to ask why they did a hard pull for a loan they couldn't process things got rude. All I asked was for the institute to make an attempt to correct my credit score, which their needless inquiry adversely affected. Annoyed that my otherwise very high score got dinged by this bank but thankful that I'll be working with a more professional institution.

Juli Schroeder is an absolute PRO! She's always professional, proactive, and overall a pleasure to work with. Parkside's employees have all proven the credit union's mission statement to truth!
