I've never had this much trouble with something as simple as swiping a debit card in my life. Sometimes out of nowhere large purchases get authorized twice leaving me stranded without money right in between paydays. It takes about five days for the bank to pull itself together and figure out that I only made one purchase. Not a big deal if you have lots of money but for the rest of us debilitating. Sometimes charges dont show up for unnaturally long periods of time, especially given that it's an electronic transaction. Online system is very basic and leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes after 5pm if I have a pending transaction itll show varying amounts of money in my account. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, it's too much trouble. Makes you wonder how your money is being treated.
