Very knowledgeable and friendly staff . The gentleman Mike is very professional and has great customer service qualities that are hard to find these days. Good selection of tools that are reasonably priced to choose from also.

Always enjoy seeing what they have available, always good deals and they are willing to work out something if something seems to high in price. I did buy a 3DS game and didn't realize how dirty it was on the data strip till I got home. Kinda wish they test those out first before selling them, but with some patience I was able to clean it up and it works fine. Never had any other problems, staff is always happy and helpful.

I love going to Great Falls Shops they do smile talk and do make great deals on buying items..
Shelby shop is kinda the same not much great on deals. But overall customer service is an AAA+

I’m not sure if this store has new employees but my husband went in yesterday and dealt with a very rude man. My husband has lots of tattoos and wears his hair slicked back and has very dark skin. He forgot to plan for a concert in Missoula this weekend and needed some quick cash so he went to pawn a few of his belongings until next week. (He owns his own business!). Before my husband could get through the door the “employee” already racially profiled him by the look the employee gave him. My husband is quite used to this treatment so he just continued to the counter and tried to ignore it. After an awkwardly length of time passed and the employee couldn’t pretend to be busy anymore he very rudely approached and my husband with rude body language making the situation even more uncomfortable. My husband informed him that he would like to pawn his saw, his AirPods and his iPad and the employee said I’ll give you $15!! My husband asked for a manager to which the employee replied “I am the manager!” He also tried to explain he was a prior customer which can be verified in their computer system but the employee argued back so finally my husband just gave up! I would recommend all minorities and people of color stay away from this establishment which is pretty sad because of its close proximity to a Native American reservation! It’s 2023 and I just wish this racial discrimination would stop it’s so incredibly demeaning and just plain hurtful to see my husband treated like that!
