Farmers State Bank - Main Office, Victor, MT

The mobile app and online service is very outdated. I'm constantly having issues with the app and the website. I've been with farmers since they first launched the Farmers Bank app, and its been very difficult to work with since day one. I hate to leave a bad review, but I can't stand the online service anymore, and I hope maybe someone at farmers will see this and do something about it. If farmers overhauls their entire online system I may come back, but for now I'm switching banks.

Absolute horrible online and mobile services. Don’t bother using any of the ATMs for anything. Very limited resources to resolve possible issues during closed hours. I am constantly locked out of my accounts and required to change password almost bi weekly. I have no complaints about the loan officers nor lending department.

Always helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I love banking with Farmer's, they are our friends and neighbors. Farmer's does so much for the communities they operate in.

This bank I thought was good but they fooled me they have left me with no debit card for a month and they don't even call to check if I got the card I have been working out of state and have been in quite a bind and called multiple times but here the same thing it should be there but they refuse to send a new one. So Thank you farmers for nothing

Friendly and quick service.

Our experience with Farmers State Bank is through their Mortgage Loan Department. They were extremely helpful in facilitating our Construction Loan/Mortgage. The application process was easy to complete and our loan officer, we felt, went above and beyond making sure that our needs were met. She periodically contacted us by phone throughout the construction process so that when it came time to convert the loan into a mortgage it went off without a hitch. We would definitely use FSB again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I worked with Michelle in the mortgage department and she was very efficient, timely and great to work with.

Absolutely great people to work with!! We were able to secure a loan to build our new home in the Bitterroot. It was our pleasure to work with Kimberly Kendrick and Andrew Breeden, they were extremely helpful and so very patient with us as the build took an extended amount of time due material shortages during the disastrous COVID period. We then secured our Mortgage loan through them as well. Everyone I have dealt with at the various branches throughout the Missoula and Bitterroot area have been outstanding, and their services are so personal and genuine.
