5 Stars to the employees at this bank! I arrived 5 minutes after they closed, but the lady was kind enough to exchange my $20 for a few rolls of quarters so we could do laundry. Again, I highly recommend this bank for travelers, local people, and anyone else who needs to use a financial institution in West Yellowstone!

I haven’t seen any bank with more inhumane and horrible than this one. I had an urgent need to get a notary for a real estate transaction while I was traveling. Otherwise I was at risk of loosing my earnest money. The escrow company scheduled signing with them since they were the only notary service there. The receptionist was very rude and declined me to talk to the bank notary Amanda. Upon insisting I was able to talk. She rudely declined and said she has a party to attend to and nobody in her bank wants to help me. I begged, pleAded and offered to cater food to her party. She just walked out rudely. I have banked with 20 banks and never encountered anybody so rude with an individual with dire needs.

Called in to change some Sterling for dollars. Was quoted 80usd per transaction! On the plus side, they did suggest I went to a different bank across the road!

For currency exchange (500 € into dollars), they would charge me 80 $ of fees; and for a cash withdrawal 4 $!

Sad that I left this bank after 15 years...it's not a community bank anymore. Very glad I left it when I did!
