I am frustrated with the clunky, archaic online banking system and app that won't display more than 12 months' statements, making doing my taxes very difficult. Called to get statements emailed to me and there is a $3 charge per statement. Went in person and they solved it quickly with no fee, so adjusting review to account for that. Still would like to see a better online banking system.

Everyone is so friendly and you can get great loan rates. We had our construction loan through Glacier and when we had a problem with the contractor, they helped us solve it. Nice people!

I love the home town feeling I get everytime I walk in! The staff is always very friendly and professional...they usually have cookies and coffee and sometimes sandwiches and chips as well.
