We have ALWAYS had courteous, professional service from everyone at Glacier. We would say Glacier goes far beyond the standard in offering every banking service.

Over all I'd say a mediocre experience here. I've only been twice and one time I had forgot what the pass code was to my account and had asked to have it switched back to the last four of my social. The woman at the drive up window gave me this vibe that I was really burdening her with this and that I should know what my pass code is. Poor customer service in my eyes.

Feels slightly forgiving since I've only been with this bank for less than a year and had a half dozen breaches where my card or entire account had to be shot down. All of which have occurred on a Thursday or Friday for their investments over the weekend. I'm far from stupid. Oh, they also don't have a card machine so do not visit this location for a quick fix after a weekend without your own money, be it .05 cents or 500k. Take it to Whitefish credit or Chase here in Whitefish Montana. I will be doing so tomorrow. Very pertinent to me that my info is secured and my money stay available to the actual person that owns the card/account. This is why banks are falling us and our economy. Good day, move you the staff is amazing and very helpful. I just don't agree with the way upper management addresses their employees issues, more importantly their customers. Good luck glacier.
