Always polite and lovely staff! This location tends to be busy; I avoid going during lunch and afternoon hours. All the drive thru lines are typically open & they their office is open inside too.

People that work at this local branch in Albemarle are rude . Especially the lady that works at the front desk to check people in to meet with a financial manager !!! This local branch need new employees who are more professional at their job !!!

I love these guys. They are professional and personable. Any time I need assistance I can always count on them to know what to do. Thumbs up to the online and 1.800 crew as well. I need help from everybody..lol Everyone is so well trained. Thank You. Now, give everyone a raise.

Condescending and rude. Sincerely makes me anxious anytime I have to call and ask anything. The people they have working directly with the public should not be in those positions.
