I've been with Capital Bank since the late 90's when they were National Bank & Trust; Stuck with them through the recent mergers and buy outs and have not only my personal finances there but multiple business accounts as well. The reason I've stayed with them over the last 20 years isn't necessarily because of the corporation's procedures or governing financial institution, but because of the staff and management. There's really good people working there- and I'm very glad to see that with all the changes in the last few years that they've kept the familiar faces and hometown people that we've grown to know and trust.

Unreliable terrible institution. Changes ownership every other week. Does what they like with your $ without any notice or desire to improve service. The staff tries to be nice but since nobody has a clue what's happening day to day it's got to be tough. Bank elsewhere or you'll likely regret it. If change was more convenient I'd do so but the devil I know I suppose til I'm fed up.

If you could give them zero stars I would because me and my boyfriend both banks with them and they have horrible costumer service! And the ladies in the bank doesn't give a damn about your problems and your account like they should! They play around with your money and they take it and they don't tell you about it or nothing!! They merge so much!!! They are by far the worst bank ever!!! And I will be switching banks this week!
