Would not reccomend. I literally just got a $1500 loan TODAY. They "forgot" to charge me over $200 for tax, tag and title because they were "busy". I took out a loan because I am behind on bills. I already deposited the loan to pay my bills, so now I have nothing to pay them with. It is Friday, and I was told if I don't pay it by Tuesday my loan would he defaulted. So, now I owe the $1500 back that is already gone. Thanks for making me pay for your mistake and have a horrible experience on the first day!

Thought I was asking for a title loan not a conventional loan I have collateral but looked at credit also. Thought a title loan with a 20,000 motorcycle for collateral.

I have been using this company for 10 years off an on. They feel like Family . Mr Jones is very knowledgeable at what he does . He is very Professional and helpful. Great place.

I JUST WANTED TO GIVE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THE GIRLS AT THE FLETCHER OFFICE....ARE PROFESSIONAL,VERY KIND,AND UNDERSTAND THAT IN MY SITUATION,HAD PERFECT CREDIT UNTIL MY DIVORCE..AND HAD TO START ALL OVER,THEY CAME TO MY RESCUE SEVERAL TIMES!!!!! DIDINT THINK THERE WAS ANY LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL UNTIL I MET THE MGR JENNIFER AND HER STAFF,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERITAGE FINANCE IN FLETCHER NC,THANKS GUYS!

JENNIFER AND ONE OTHER HAVE POOR ATTITUDES, WHEN THEY GET CALLED OUT ON WHAT THEY SAID TO YOUR FACE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT, AFTER THEY KEEP TRYING TO FALSELY CHARGE YOU LATE FEES. WORST LOAN PLACE YET TO HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH. GET A LOAN SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! YOU'LL REGRET GETTING ONE HERE!
