Tried to get a car from across the road where I live. It took Mariner ALL DAY! Terrible service. I got to the place as soon as they opened and they submitted my stuff. I didn’t get approved until almost 530PM. I spent my entire day there at the car lot. Only to be informed that when I got to Mariner the mans boss had left after I was telling the car lot what they approved me for. And they lot was willing to come down on the price. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely awful customer service.

I did my loan online at first. Leaving to go out of town in a day and the rep for the online process said it would be 24 to 72 hours. I couldn't wait that long so I called the branch and Billy told me to just have them transfer the info from the web to the branch. 2 hours later I went to the branch, signed a few documents and walked out with my loan in 30 min. Billy was very professional and they really helped me out. I would definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up!!!
