I have been doing business with this branch for 2+ years and have had 2 car loans and 1 personal loan. Never have I had any issues that would make me feel like I wasn’t being treated fairly. I’ve had a chance to speak to almost all of their staff members and have never felt disrespected nor mistreated with them. To be honest, I feel like some have actually gone out of their way to help me get what I wanted and/or needed. After reading SEVERAL of the negative reviews posted about this branch, I just hope someone will read mine and take into consideration that some of these absent customers had faults within themselves that put them in whatever situation they got into.
Take a moment and realize that this is a LOAN COMPANY. It is a business that offers money when you need it. They don’t have to go in business with any of us, but choose to help when they can. Again, this is a LOAN COMPANY. Also meaning that a business doesn’t prosper without charging certain rates. When you are approved for a loan and sign all the paperwork that goes along with the deal, that means you agree to the terms of the full loan. These people do not just throw you papers and have you sign them. They READ the terms and conditions, interests rates, payments, etc prior to allowing you to sign on the black line.
Calling them “money hungry” does sound legit, but I wouldn’t use those exact words. When they call you to remind you of your payment, text you, leave voicemails etc that is ABSOLUTELY them trying to get their money and a little bit of interest that was agreed upon. However, if you stay in communication with them and let them know ahead of time whatever situation you may be facing THEY DO WORK WITH YOU! So, at the end of the day they are a business and want their money that was GIVEN to you when you had none. So what if they charge you interest. They are a business and can’t stay in business without making their fair share.
Please also dismiss the reviews that “sold junk cars” or trying to imply that they have a pill problem. This company does not sell you a car. They finance a car YOU picked out from a car lot that YOU chose. Implying that the staff members are on drugs sounds so absurd and completely irrelevant.
I’ve never seen such grown adults take zero accountability for the actions in which they cause themselves by violating their loan agreement in whichever way.

Creekside is scamming people out their money. They’ll give anybody credit to miss you up. They don’t report to the credit bureau when u making payments on time but soon as your car not running right and don’t want to deal with them they’ll report that. Those people doesn’t care about nothing but money. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go up there not even for a personal loan. They have the highest interest rate in NC 29.99%. Go to your bank or somewhere else.

This business does not report to the credit bureau. Highly do not recommend for credit building of any sort.

Staff always have attitudes whenever I call, very unprofessional. There’s only one nice employee which I believe is the manager. I really don’t understand.

The financing part through John was a breeze he was very polite, took into consideration my concerns and gave great feedback. However I did not like the fact that they would hound you about your payments regardless if you was 1 day or 15 days late. Upon signing my papers with John I asked questions " If I'm late what is the penalty fee, I don't mind paying it" "After how many days do I have till it effects my credit" so fourth he answered them correctly with my understanding you have a ten day window to pay your loan and 29 days till it hits your credit. Well after a year or so they start pressuring you.
John is great.
I'm thankful that I have finally payed my vehicle loan off in full.
