Great customer service. Easy to work with. Interest is almost $80 a month though, even if you pay way more than is due ( which is high in my opinion.). I borrowed $2400 and paid back almost $4,000 in under 6 months.If you are already struggling financially, this is not a good loan option, they are unfortunately not clear about the numbers in the beginning. The days of honest business operations seem to be a day of the past. A lot of places like this are being sued for predatory lending. Response to one mains response- using someone's income history over the past three years is still predatory lending. Incase you did not notice we have been in a world wide crisis due to a pandemic. Maybe change your business model to up to date issues, and show some support and compassion for an economic crisis.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The process was completed within a day from start to finish. Malan and Katie are the best.

I obtained a loan from one main financial. The loan process was a little frustrating for me and took several days.. but that is no one's fault just a part of the process. All I know is they helped me survive when no one else was and they have my gratitude. Thank you so much. My son and I are safe in our new home ❤️

I’m telling you OneMaine Financial has easily beaten any other loan company I have ever dealt with hands down. From the time I walked into the store until I left I was treated with compassion and kindness. As far as I am concerned y’all have my business from here on out.

I been a customer with OneMain Financial for over two years . It is quick and easy to see if you are approved, what you ask is what they try to get you. The staff is pleasant, and they make the experience better in any situation they can help you with . You can pick your date range for payment , which is amazing ! Thank you all for helping with my life when I needed a loan for being a new parent . The payments are EXACTLY as what I ask for! Future I will get another loan . Hope you can get a recognition for you business & staff it is defiantly well deserved !

So I have been a customer of One main financial since March or April of this year. I took out an auto loan to get a newer vehicle. I've even had my credit bounce back some from the loan earlier this year and I've never been late on a payment no matter what my financial situation looked This past wednesday, which was three days ago, I contacted one main again because I needed a personal loan so I can pay off a credit card before my interest hits. It's a secured loan meaning I needed collateral which I do have another vehicle so I gave them the information for the other vehicle and answered all questions that Noelle had. I even resubmitted all paperwork that I had already submitted earlier in the year. She only asked for pay stubs but the online submission form asked for EVERYTHING again! Even though I was busy and pressed for time I resubmitted everything as requested. At the end of the day Noelle called and I missed the call and all she said on the voicemail was give her a call back. I had been spending all day trying to figure out a way to get the loan I needed so by this time which was almost 5:00 p.m. I was exhausted. I called back a couple minutes later and Noelle informed me that unfortunately since the amount left on my auto loan was more than I had qualified for they could not issue me the loan. I was confused by this because I had asked for a personal loan for a few thousand dollars not a refinance. Had I known that's the route they were going to take I would have told them never mind because I would not have wanted my credit to be hit again just for that. I have enough going on in my life that is causing me to have to work even harder to keep my score high enough to even make it just for them to go a different route and refinance my loan which is not what I asked them to do and then it's going to hit my credit and I'm going to be back where I started! As I said, had I known that's the route they were going to take I would have never gone through with the application! And why ask about my other vehicle if this was the process and the route that was going to be taken? I initially was going to leave a one-star review but outside of this situation I do have to still be in business with this company for another 4 yrs and I am a customer that pays their loan on time every month no matter what else I have going on in my life. The initial person I spoke to in the beginning of this process was not the one I dealt with during this call I cannot remember her name but I'm not sure if she's still there or not she's a sweetheart and nothing against Noelle but this has definitely tainted my view and opinion of this company. I don't think it should be right to go about a loan application or process in a different direction than the customer was trying to do it and if the direction I was trying to go which was a personal loan was not doable that should have been told to me instead of going the route that this company took.

So many annoying phone calls. They do everything by phone and you can’t finalize online. I was traveling for work and they wouldn’t stop calling me despite me letting them know that I couldn’t take a call and would prefer to handle final steps online. I emailed their customer service (which I told them was my preferred method of communication). Robots answered and just told me to call - which I couldn’t do! I ultimately blocked them. Despite multiple emails telling them to pull my application, I get an email a few days later saying I was “denied” even though I’d have been approved for the loan that day if I could have given them my banking info. The loan offer I ultimately accepted required ZERO phone calls and was approved immediately.
