Why would I need to show ID when I putting money in my account? That stupid, I see if I was taking money out, the teller Amber didn't even look at my first Bank card that were so freaking rude, I felt that I wasn't even a customer, the service I got I felt like a criminal trying to put money in my own account, if I were a bad guy why would I be putting money in account? I feel that I made a bad mistake switching to this bank, because if I didn't have my credit card than ask me for my ID, but I had it and Amber didn't careless and she were so rude I can't even believe how bad I were treated mess up my whole day how I'm feeling, I'm so very disappointed!

This bank is horrible. My boyfriend has an account with these people and everytime his paycheck hits his account he doesn’t even spend the full amount of his check and this bank take his money and put his account in the negatives. How is his account in the negatives a day after he got his paycheck and hasn’t touched the money. We will be closing this account this week! Not worth it !
