I had a great experience in the drive through on 3 occasions during the Covid 19 Pandemic for Notary service. Had a different teller each time all 3 we prepared with their stamp and took care of my needs with a smile and friendly service.
Since this is not my normal branch and none of them new me as A BB&T client so it was well appreciated.

I like bb&t as my bank. I rarely have any problems, but when I do have a problem the service at this location is TERRIBLE!!! And when I say terrible I mean completely god awful. Fast food restaurants have more helpful, friendly service. The managers are always unavailable or out of the office and will not even respond to a email or voicemail. After six consecutive emails, countless calls and a two months of your life wasted you might get a message or call back. It's truly unbelievable. I drive 45 minutes to a different location just to avoid dealing with them...

Bank manager had people's cars towed during Beaufort Pirate Invasion! Supporting the local community and that's how you act??? He said we could park there the had us towed!! Very unprofessional!

Been banking here 50 years. Service has deteriorated to 0. New atm machine stole $100 from me have to wait hours to fill paperwork to get money
