ATM seems to be down often and always takes days to be running again. Weekends especially so you can't go in or go in the line. Such an inconvenience when you need to get quick cash out or make a deposit on the weekend......

The best credit union in town. They are very nice people!

Best visa and loan rates. Kim also makes it a very convenient and fast process.

Would not allow deposit of another bank (cashiers check). Agreed to refund a fee after 60 days since they closed the account without notice. Asked for refund after 60 days and was told by management that’s against policy. Holds placed without notice. Very difficult bank to do business with. Feels like large corporate bank - definitely not a local bank.

Don’t waste your time on this bank! They’re electronic services are so out of date you’ll find your money being frozen for their use and you’ll have to manually enter every transaction into your accounting software. They’re so incompetent my first business deposit went into my personal account then I got stuck with the fees. Now they freeze my money until whatever time of day they get around to their manual entries so they can charge me fees. This is how they’re scamming money off the public. Management is rude and has no clue what good customer service is and that’s my I’m taking my money elsewhere. #ByeFelicia

I've only been with this bank few months but the service really sucks. I miss the small down home bank I was with. I can never get a return call nor anyone on the phone to solve my issues. Nice people but really unhappy with Ecusta experience so far. 4 months with them so far. Looking for a good bank.
