First Citizens Bank, Bryson City, NC

I moved to Bryson City for a job at NOC. I knew no one and my bank was in another state, so I needed a local one. There aren't a lot of options, but I am glad I picked First Citizens, in no small part b/c it is NC based. My hunch was correct. Every team member I have interacted with, including those at out of NC branches, treats their customers like VIP's. Customer service at the counter, all the way to the call center is an obvious priority and it doesn't seem to be because it's required, compelled, or incentivized, they are just good people, whom place a high regard on the people trusting them with their financial resources. A call today from Brandy reminded me, I never got around to reviewing the folks at the branch, I felt compelled to choose in Bryson City. I appreciate how all of you treated me every time I visited your location, no matter how few seconds it was until closing. It always made me feel even more guilty, because they always took the high road and treated me like a VIP. Thanks for sorting out a problem before I knew it was a problem today, Brandy. Very friendly and professional staff. Anytime I have a problem they’re happy to help me solve it; very patient with my illiteracy in matters.
