It's Friday and there's only one teller serving customers! Should have more tellers and not only one taking forever to serve!

I literally just got off the phone with somebody that worked at the Huffman Mill location. Was the rudest person ever. I can see why people switch from First Horizon to other banks. I called to check on a check and he started giving me life lessons like I do not appreciate that

I've been banking with first for almost 20 years now. The staff is always friendly helpful and courteous
