My experience has been not so good. I purchased the disability insurance that they offered when you get the loan. When you become disabled you have to go through all kinds of hoops just to get approved for the insurance that you are paying for. The company will report you as late on your payment to the credit bureaus while waiting on top of that they call you almost 2 to 4 times a day.

Tammy was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and it was completely painless. Answered all of my questions and addressed the few concerns that I had.
