The loan officer and other employees are very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions or solve any problems we have had. Slow. Really slow, very inconsistent communication and a surprising lack of concern for borrower's timelines. Rate was competitive, so that pushes to two stars, but that has nothing to do with the loan officer. I'd suggest looking elsewhere; as rates can be found and customer service has to be better from nearly any other lender.

Every experience has always been great. They are available both over the phone and in person and always make sure I have what I need. I have had several loans through them before and will be talking to them when I have need for one in the future.

Easy process, nice people, quick close. Couldn't have gone better.

We purchased land through the Burnsville office and were very pleased with all aspects of the loan process. We then worked with this office to obtain a loan to purchase a tractor and were amazed at how many options they offered for repayment plans. This was so important to us because we are self employed and experience various income at certain times of the year, hence, making due dates fall during our up times.
