She was very prompt with answers and reviewed multiple options for me to figure out the best one. I had shopped around and the rates and speed were very competitive. Do Not except anything from this bank. Loyalty means nothing. They will not have your back on scam charges. They don't care if you take your banking elsewhere. Maybe unless u have a a six figure account. For the small accounts mean nothing. Even after ten years.

I have banked with Wachovia, Bank of America, Suntrust, Heritage Trust, and many others around the country as I moved a lot as a Computer Programmer. I can tell you that very few banks have made me feel as welcome as Telco has. Most of all, very few banks have worked as hard for my money! That's the most important thing that really matters, isn't it? I love the employees but Telco saves me money, and I love that!
