Terrible company. Whey you pay off your loan, they just send the physical title and don't actually release the lien at the DMV! I found out when I tried to sell the car....

They took $85 more than the last payment because they said their system shows my insurance lapse, but thats not true. They wanted a copy of my insurance policy. At the time I was on the phone with them I was driving home I asked my brother to send they a copy of the policy, he did last week. They still charge me $85 for their insurance. I called them today, the guy I spoke to was a real A hole. I wish I didn't do business with them. Currently I am in my bank waiting for a financial advisor to refinance my car. This is the worst experience I had buying a car.

Made the mistake of financing our used auto with loan, only to realize after getting the bill that our interest rate was 14.9%! Refinanced through our personal credit Union for 2.99%. It’s been 2 weeks since my bank overnighted the payoff check and it’s still sitting on someone’s desk waiting to be deposited- and they charged me the payment anyways. Staff not friendly or helpful

I am trying to expand my business which is doing very well but needed a small overdraft facility. I came across Carolina Finance on a google search and I'm so pleased that I found them. My agent was very helpful and explained everything to me. They got me a couple of different options to choose between. This has meant that I can now go ahead with my expansion plans. They kept me in the loop at all times and I am very happy with the customer service. Highly recommended!

They are the worse. My daughter let her car insurance lapse and they added their own with a high price. They kept adding on to it, so she went from $175 car payment to nearly $425 and when she got her own they tried to tell her they had to extend it and still they kept adding on. This is one time I agreed with letting a car go. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
