We used FM Lending Services for our recent home mortgage. Dawn Seabolt was extremely helpful in helping us understand our options for our mortgage. She worked over-time to give us several different mortgage estimates for houses that we were looking at. When it came time for us to put in an offer on a home, she provided a pre-approval letter right away. She directed us to an insurance agent who got us a great home and auto insurance premium. She was also able to get us a great interest rate which will save us a ton of money in the future! Dawn was a pleasure to work with through every step of the home buying process. I worked with FM Lending and Julie Straub in the home buying process. I found her to be very cold and harsh when asked a simple question. The home buying process can be scary and emotionally taxing. She was condescending throughout the entire process. I make a specific effort to remove myself from being in contact with individuals such as her, but was in need of her services at the time and had few other options in the time frame I was working in. Since closing I have needed her for several other things, mostly to clear up residual pieces, I dreaded calling on her and received the same harsh tone and abruptness as all previous interactions. Some people are just like that. Going back I would never elect to work with her again. I prefer to invest my time and work with individuals that are committed to the client and treating them with kindness and respect.

Dawn made what could have been a stressful experience seamless. She was courteous, patient, informative and always available when needed, even on weekends!
