We have now completed 2 home purchases and 1 refinance with Acopia. Kelly is very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. She replied to concerns quickly even outside of regular hours. All 3 loans were processed as originally presented and closed as expected. Great Job. Highly recommend.

The first loan I got from them was ok. When asked, I said I may rent out the second home on Air B&B some day and they made it a higher interest rate investment loan. No worries I was going to pay it off in a short time so it didn’t hurt me that much. Then when I tried to get a different loan for another property they took all the info and never called back. I left messages and they still never called back. Today they send me a message that looks official claiming The system alerted them that I qualify to lower my rate. I don’t even have that loan any more. Don’t use these guys. They are only after the bottom line and only when they want and have the time for you. Go to anyone else.
