I have worked with Eric in the past professionally, and he was always my favorite loan officer to work with. He is responsive, dedicated, and always goes above and beyond for everyone involved in a transaction. Most recently, I used Eric (Camden Loans) for a purchase of my own. Eric was able to get me a competitive interest rate, and promised a quick closing to make my offers more competitive. The entire process was seamless, and we were cleared to close in only 11 days! I was able to close 9 days early while I was on vacation! Doesn't get much better than that!! I couldn't recommend Eric and Camden Loans enough!

To preface this review, I was looking to save as much as possible while buying my first home and that's why I started looking for a broker who would actually be willing to work with me in providing savings to the consumer and I found that with Eric. Once I saw how much lower his conventional loan rates were compared to other businesses, I decided to go with him and I believe I just about made the best choice possible. Throughout the whole process he was punctual, transparent and patiently answered my questions pertaining getting my loan to close in a timely manner. We ended up closing in 25 days even though some complications popped up. I would 100% recommend Camden Loans to anyone who is looking for savings and good service!

Amazing time working with Eric Miller. He took the time breaking down all the steps of the process for me. This was my third va home loan and best experience with a lender so far. Eric was great to work with and handled everything smoothly. We had originally tried for a 20 day close and unfortunately had multiple seller delays that ended up closing after roughly 45 days and the 5th time scheduled! They extended our rate lock twice and honored the original rate. I’m always nervous with the va loan because it’s easy to run into issues when people aren’t familiar enough with them and their nuances but Eric handled the loan flawlessly. We were in MN and purchasing a home in FL but Eric ensured everything was easy from the lender side of things.
