What a waste of time. Heaven forbid your company uses any type of payroll software that the underwriters are unfamiliar with. They came just short of calling me a crook. Won't put any real effort in the verification process. I am registered with several financial institutions, with the state, and with our federal government. The fact that they can't seem verify me is unbelievable. When you try to solve any issues that arise, they won't even call you back or send an email response to your inquiry.

This place is a joke. I’m sitting outside for I don’t know how long with a check in my hand to pay off my loan. But the lady will not answer the phone or let me in. She comes to the door looks at me wipe the door down and goes back in and locks the door. I understand it’s Covid time. But you have time to come and wipe the door down but not answer the phone. Or knowledge that I’m trying to give you a check.

Kristen & Shiree are the most awesome employees at Lendmark. They are prompt at getting our car loans financed, and will answer and respond to us in real time, which is so not like other bankers... Would give them 10 Stars if I could, and would like to recommend them to anyone who values the human connection brought back into banking...

When you reach out to lendmark about the issues your having, they just brush it under the table! I was told last week that Ashely would be reaching out to me to discuss my concerns, NO RESPONSE!!! I’ve never worked with a company that is so unprofessional, and when you have a recall on a car, you are supposed to address the situation! So unprofessional ,

I don’t know how they run business here, but I’ve received multiple calls from them trying to reach some client’s relatives, claiming some emergency contact excuse. I don’t know how they got my number, or who they’re looking for but I’d like for them to stop bombarding me with calls.
