My first time with OneMain and the process was very smooth. I really appreciate Aaron for walking me through process. Very professional and thorough. Thank you for the great experience.

Unfortunately I never got to meant my Loan officer face to face but his professionalism was awesome and he was very attentive to my needs and requests. Thank you so much for making sure I was completely satisfied. Great job and stay safe. Your help was of value to me and my family.

I had the worst experience with this company and branch. I applied for a loan, but never signed any paper. Lauren pushed all my paperwork through, changed One Main financial to my lien holder on my insurance and everything. I never signed a contract, she contacted my employers and everything AFTER I STATED I DID NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE LOAN. I guess in her little world, this loan is all that mattered. I requested to cancel because of the reviews left here. I see why. Changes definitely need to be made in the way they, specifically, her - handles the customer. James was kind and able to diffuse the situation but I’d rather stump my pinky toe two times in a row than deal with this branch. They are unprofessional, desperate and pushy for the closing. I’m completely turned off by the way things were handled. I’m definitely going to see what my rights are as far as fair business practice are concerned. Beware before applying..

Update as of 11/2020 Was given a refinance option and Decided to take it because I’m short on disposable cash. I submitted my information yesterday and called in for an update. They guy asked me why I’m requesting the funds so I tell him it’s my daughter’s bday, Christmas is coming and I’m working on things for a business and I’m just short on funds. He preceded to tell me they don’t provide business loans and he’s going to send this information to underwriting. I’m like wait a minute I didn’t come to you for a business loan. I’m refinancing a personal loan I just gave you a rundown of why I’m short on cash. Long story short he refused to understand. I have yet to have the process completed and I feel so screwed now. They came through on time but I was approved for the amount requested. I took the weekend to think it over and my amount was lowered and my interest rate doubled on Monday when I returned. Not completely happy but the service I received from the associates in the location was great.

Tamiko was great! She stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The only issue is that it wouldn't allow us to add the unemployment insurance. I've used that before in 2021. Although unexpectedly it was an extra layer of security

Many years I have tried to qalify for a small lon to help build My credit and pay off a few low balance credit cards and I was always turned down even after receiving the "Pre Approved" notices. OneMain Financial Representatives really worked withh me to make this dream possilbe and I am grateful. I have money in My pocket, small bills have been paid off and I can purchase things for My Grandchildren now that I wasn't able to do before. The repayments are within My budget. Just One Happy Grateful Customer.

I had an absolutely professional, warm, courteous and wonderful experience at One Main Financial. The staff was very patient, helpful and friendly. DeAndre was very professional, patient, friendly, informational, courteous and kind. I would absolutely recommend OMF to friends and family.
