I have been getting loans through this office for about two years now and it’s been a pleasurable experience every time! My loan officer, Brion Williams, has been super attentive to my account, let’s me know my progress and keeps me up to date when he can! HE DESERVES A RAISE! Everyone on the floor is very friend and and extremly accommodating! 10/10 recommend this location!!

The customer service was excellent thank you for being so professional keeping me posted on everything we need more workers like her. So looking forward to talking to her again soon

The loan process went flawlessly and I appreciate the extra attention I received.

Jill was terrible and stressful to work with. Zero personality and honestly just rude and abrasive. She never calls back, leaves the customer wondering what is happening and didn’t explain a single part of the process. Showed up 30mins late to our appointment and didn’t even bothered to apologize. On top of that when I went to sign my agreement the terms that had been discussed over the phone completely changed and the weren’t “available” for my particular loan amount since it was a lower amount. Why have me literally CHOOSE my terms and then tell me they aren’t available. Because of this my loan ended up being $40 more per month. I will pay this off quickly and never work with this company again.
