Currently have a loan with them and inquired about a refinance to receive additional funds. I was greeted by a lady who was very helpful and mentioned she would assist me by calling me back within an hour. I urgently mentioned it was for a medical situation. It has been 3 days now and I haven't heard anything back. I assume I was not qualified but follow up communication would have been great.

I am very surprised about the professionalism I experienced at this place. The office was very clean and everyone seemed happy to be working there. I brought in all of my paperwork and applied for a small loan to help with an upcoming trip to spend Thanksgiving with my family in New York that I haven't seen since my mothers passing in 2019. After being rejected for the loan, I went home and applied online with another company and got approved for a loan. Shortly after I got off the phone with the online company, someone from Regional Finance called me asking about the loan that I just got rejected for. All I have to say is GOD is good and I pray for everyone during this spiritual war.
