No one ever answer the phone,no answering machine .. Do we pay them to work or avoid the members when we need assistance, forms or answers for day to day questionsp pertaining to our benefits through ECBI .. lmk., I need my money and would appreciate any assistance with getting those stimulus checks .. I'm pretty sure they are getting theirs and I wanna know why. They obviously are NOT doing anything, let alone the jobs we, as tribal members pay them for ..

Why is everyone so rude? Aren’t you all there to help? Isn’t that like.. your job..? Seems like most of everyone at the office needs to look into a career change.
