Worst company ever, charged me a “late” fee while being on auto pay. But no one could explain when it was late. If it’s not drafted out on my pay day as scheduled I shouldn’t be held accountable for when they feel like taking it out. Then they backtracked and said it was from 7 months ago. Makes no sense. They call every month to make up something. NEVER AGAIN! Ended up taking my card off file.

This is Charles Wyatt. I spoke with Jennifer today and my brother-in-law and I also spoke with a kind lady yesterday at Atlantic Financial Services. Nothing but 5 star AAA customer service! Gave me a chance on a loan with no credit too, and I absolutely love my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I am very grateful! Definitely would recommend.

They have been working with me when I got behind and I'm pretty satisfies with who ever will take my payment but kim usually helps me out Nd really look out for me when I got behind . Thanks kim

I have nothing but great memories with these awesome people that were super nice to me today I paid the rest of my balance for my car I was so emotional it was a great feeling to know that I did it by myself I will miss them

This company allowed a car company to sell me a lemon and forcing me to pay the bill. I took the truck back to the dealer and they took the truck and act like they was fixing it and held it pass the 30 days then called me and said it was fixed. I pick the truck back up and nothing was done. I call Atlantic to let them know that I was being forced to take the truck and it wasn’t fixed and they told me it wasn’t nothing they can do so I’m stuck paying for a lemon and all they want is they 530$. Do not I repeat do not deal with Atlantic financial especially it you a BLACKMAN!!
