Nova Credit Union, Concord, NC

Today, I visited the Branchview Location to make 2 simple transactions. The teller took like 30 mins to help me. I gave her my information which included my I.D. and my 2 different membership account cards. The rude teller then tells me that she needs my membership info after I gave it to her like 30 mins ago! I then tried explaining to her that she has my info! The teller then asks me for my I.D. again after she sent it back to me through the automatic system. If you are going to have clueless tellers then they should have assistance with them at all times! I only wanted to do a withdrawal and a deposit. Please, avoid going to this location! I always have the worst experience, but this just too the cake today on 8/4/21. No member of management even cared to address this issue. I honestly felt racially profiled today and will try to reach out to upper management with their poor communication skills, lack of urgency and not being able to keep up with customer important information. The rude teller never apologized at all and tried to dismissed me after waiting in the drive-thru line forever! I was given an extremely hard time for no reason! Take your business to Mulberry Church Rd Nova Credit Union!

They have a very friendly staff. I live in Tampa and they are linked to my credit Union there. The staff are very helpful and made me feel welcome and even excited to see me. I am thinking of opening an account here at the local branch in Concord. I don't want the big bank practices, fees or horrible tactics so I stay with credit Unions. Thank you guys for making me feel at home.

Greeting of Friendly staff as you walk in. Tellers treat you like Family- Happy to help with any of my needs. Awesome to join a Credit Union just living within a 50 mile radius. And Free popcorn on your way out.

Went to this branch to discuss the deceitful proactive of deposit. The Manager laughed at our situation even when she told us that the deposit was reversed because their department found a discrepancy in a name which my wife just got married and I believe she said amount but it was correct. Cost us to receive an enormous amount of fees and she told us that we needed to take responsibility. It was their error but we are paying for it. Deceitful and unprofessional. Filed a complaint with BBB. Stay away from this bank!!!!!

I enjoy banking here at the Concord Branch. It is always a quick and easy process and the staff are friendly. I notice constantly that when I am in the branch they call their members by name upon entry into the branch.

I’ve been using this shared branch for 8 years and the employees are beyond friendly and engaging every time I visit. The drive-thru moves very quickly also!
