Professional Financial Services, Concord, NC

I have been financing with this lender for two years with two separate vehicles and when I received my second vehicle six months after I purchased it I decided I wanted something else and I went to a couple of dealerships where I was informed that my credit wasn't what I thought it was. Professional financial services reported the first 2 payments I ever made in 2016 and never reported another payment. When I called them and asked why they have not been reporting they told me that their system had been down for two years. No way could they run a business with the system down for two years. To this day I still ask them when their systems going to be up and they tell me they have no idea it may be another year it may be longer . So my advice to anyone that is purchasing a vehicle stay away from professional financial services.... shady shady business.

Relationship with this bank started ok. Over the years everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I was late on a few payments due to losing my job and they were pretty good about working with. Made all payments up until 8/31/19. On that day my loan expired and I was informed I would need to go into an office and sign a new loan to continue making payments. The manager at the location nearest me was on vacation and so they came and repo'd the car before I could sign the new paperwork. I'm not upset they followed policy i'm more upset they let me pay $22k on the car and I only had $2,700 left to pay the car off for good. They came and got the car and said I would have to pay the full $2,700 to get it back. After i've paid them $22k over the last 4 years. The ladies in the office have been extremely rude and have had an attitude anytime I try and call for information. Its been over 2 months since they repo'd the car and I have not gotten any information as to if it was sold or not. They always insist the only way I can get information is to come into the Concord, NC office and I have not live in NC in over 3 years and they have known this since I moved. Again not mad about them following policy more upset that after paying out $22k they were not willing to be a little more helpful in the situation. But I know banks that do this type of preditory lending never stay up for long. Only a matter of time before it all falls.

Deals with New Ride Motors which isn't rated well at all. Tried to charge 27% annual percent rate. Annually. 3 years was 8k. NRM's tried to charge me $19,127.32 for a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that wasn't inspected before signing. (Which wouldn't not pass inspection, as is...) Bad business.

I'm not sure how describe this company.. PFS financed and gave me my first auto loan.. Now the vehicle was total loss and for some reason was not paid off 100% by the settlement. So now I asked them the total in May... They wait until July to threaten my credit standing etc. PFS is not a place I personally would recommend to anyone under any circumstances.. They say they are here to help but they make situations worst honestly.

This bank is annoying calling more than the people with extended warranties then they are very dishonest and vindictive I can’t stand this bank I hate I ever came across them my car has been out of service for almost 2 years and they have done nothing to help even with the warranty they said I have through the bank this bank need to be closed down they are all a waste of human lives I would suggest no one get anything through them no even a piece of gum all the reviews are true trust me they are greedy and care nothing about their customers I know we are not suppose to hate but I hate this bank literally from the bottom of my heart at this point I’m going to sale my vehicle so I don’t have to hear from none of them ever again

My deepest and heartfelt gratitude to this team. Erica, Amy and the entire staff are simply outstanding. They exhibit compassion and understanding tremendously. The past few years, I'd been living a nightmare. Not once were they rude. Because of their patience and understanding, I now own my vehicle. Could not have done it without them.
