I received the upmost customer service, TJ was so helpful and make the loan transaction in a timely manner and he was so kind and polite.

The gentlemen who helped me with my loan was absolutely amazing, It was a fast and quick and easy process, this is my 2nd loan ive gotten from that location and its always a pleasure working with them.

TJ went above and beyond to get me back on track. It was very nice to not feel like I had no options!

One Main did an expedient job. Received an email on a Thursday inviting me to refinance my loan. Submitted information on Friday. Received an approval the same day. Closed the loan on Monday. I didn’t get exactly the amount I desired, but come to find out I didn’t need the amount I desired so it all worked out for my good. Alicia is the young lady who expedited the loan did a great job as well.

Alan was swift, professional and built an amazing rapport with me after I had a horrific experience with the one main in Gastonia on New Hope. He eased my mind with his amazing customer service. Happy Holidays to Alan and his wife. Thank you Alan!

Everyone please be aware of TJ!!! He is nothing but a LIAR. He lead me on for three days telling me I’m approved. I am handicapped and he had me running around getting the things I needed for the loan. Then the day of signing he tells me something different. Just be careful people like this giving out loans. TJ lies about everything he says. Then tries twisting his word around covering lies. I would give them a negative number if possible. Very unprofessional and lies about everything. I was approved, however he made promises with out even looking at my pay stub for 3 days
