Just completed an auto refi with Carolinas Telco. I purchased my vehicle on-line from an out of state dealership, using the dealerships preferred lender a few months ago. It took the dealership almost 3 months to process my title paperwork. What a pleasure it was to work with Elizabeth at CTFCU. She was able to process my refi loan in two days, cut my interest rate by more than half, all through email and I have yet to step into the branch. I enjoy working with professionals who provide the services and products that are needed with convenience and an attitude that caters to a busy schedule. I look forward to working with them again.

I have had 2 great experiences with Carolinas Telco at this location both have been with Kendrick Williams. He has been knowledgeable about the products offered and made my loan experience quick and painless. He had so much patience with my multiple questions and inquires about the different products offered at Telco. I recommend Carolinas Telco and Kendrick Williams 100%.

I went through a dealership and got hooked up with Kendrick with Carolinas Telco. Kendrick helped me review options of my loan amount, and budget for monthly payments. The cars at that dealership ended up being too high so Kendrick suggested that I shop for cars elsewhere. When I finally found a car I liked and in my budget, he was very kind and patient in the process, and made the deal smooth and easy. I'm so grateful to have my auto loan through CTFCU at a decent apr and in a car I love! I had issues getting approved at other major banks and dealerships but CTFCU gave me a chance. Thanks Kendrick!!!

Update** I also shared this review on Facebook and was greeted in my inbox. Corey reached out to the correct person and my service was restored in less than 2 hours! Keep in Mind guys this is a smaller credit union to maintain customer experience. That’s what was shared with me. Thank you for reading. Ten long years ago I set up an account! I have had the best experience UNTIL my debit card expired and a new one was sent… it activates, gets updated where it needs to everything’s fine! Fastforward it’s now July 4th weekend I’ve called into customer service countless times only to be met by “Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Unions Customer Service” who by the way can only activate or report lost or stolen. I’ve used the “excellent”case manager they have access to but that means I’ll get afrustrated, NOONE can help me hand come Monday July 3, 2023 I WILL BE DRIVING TO THIS LOCATION TO WITHDRAWL ALL $0.04 in ALL my accounts and will be choosing to bank with a more reliable FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! You know what, I have previously been SINGING this banks praises from the rooftops! Not anymore, something’s happened to this bank, it’s not the same one we used to bank with. They had EXCELLENT member perks, FRIENDLY staff would call to check on you… heck you could even talk to the person who set up your account. I digress for now. Thanks for the WILD RIDE CAROLINAS TELCO.
