WHAT A JOKE !!!!it took us 68 days to close and THREE extensions ! WORSE experience ever I will never use you guys again .....I'll hold back at dropping our brokers name to stay slightly professional... But all he did is come up with excuses for forgetting to get info from us until last minute! Alot of the info I offered to provide earlier ...he acted like a slimy used car salesman and then took us on a two month ride ! Super grateful for for the great rate we got and that we finely closed , But I will be sure to warn everyone I know about the HORRIBLE experience I had with our broker and Garenteed Rate! Our realtor has already removed you guys from there online recommendations! If you guys want a fast closing be Sure to NOT USE Garenteed Rate !

Pretty upset. Closing has been pushed for not have things lined up on their behalf. Today is the last scheduled day for closing and emails were lined up last week for today’s time 10am florida time. We got an email last night sunday from title company that The packet has still not been sent. GR Office opens at 9am and I’ve called 3 different number to get at least someone to answer the phone. I have left messages to our contact and coordinator. NO answer, no email, no communication, no organization and now might loose the house. I would give the 1 star but I believe in humanity. Guarantee rate needs to step up.
