Time Financing Service, Dunn, NC

Service was decent. Manager Rosa is not so nice. I tried to pay off my loan early but could not create my account. online option would not work. Had to pay over phone. By the time i paid off a few days later it was already sent 30 day notice to credit bureau. I talked with her because I am try to build my credit but she had no empathy towards me. Loan is paid off but still they sent report to Credit bureau. Feliz Navidad Rosa….. Not!

They dont disclose apr or terms before trying to get you to quickly sign a contract. Sure they approve everyone at the highest apr for nc 30%. Even then, there are $ hundreds of dollars in ""fees" and if u use a calculator, total up what the loan amount is and the months you will pay, and there will be hundreds of extra dollars going their way that you dont even know about. Dont forget the $8 a month fee just to pay them every month by debit card.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I have never had such a bad treatment and being "talked down to" like I have from the manager herself from this company. I have paid off a big loan with this company for about 2 years and to be treated like garbage when you return for further business is unacceptable!!!! These girls in this office always seem to be "busy" but when you go in, they are just sitting around, eating or outside smoking!!!! They are careless and sloppy when they "forget" to put the correct figures in the loan documents and then add them to your payment anyway. Very unprofessional business....Recommend Southern Loans in Dunn instead, very nice and professional and CLEAN atmosphere!

The staff at this location were and are always helpful, kind and prompt. Having to take out a loan due to a hardship is unpleasant and stressful to say the least .The ladies are always quick with a smile and an understanding of life circumstances and for that I say THANK YOU. I will always recommend this branch to anyone in need of financial assistance.

Time Financing is a great place to go when you need help, you are in and out in about 45 minutes or so. They work with you if you have any problems making payments. Everyone at the Dunn location are very nice and helpful.
